Question 20-30 recycledglass

Im going to sandblast car in the rusted areas with 20-30 recycled glass it leaves a ruff finish to the metal would this be ok to skim coat rage gold over or is it to ruff and does anyone know if it...

I heard of stuff called anti spadder spray would that do the trick anyone tried it.
