What fasteners were used fasten 1929 model a closed cab parts. Were they square head. Were they painted with the cab?

I’ve only heard it run for a few minutes. No knocking but she be a smoking and leaking some oil. I’d like to try doing the work. I have rebuilt quit a few engines but not a flat head unless you count...

Thanks so much for your reply's. I hope I didn't bite off more than I can chew. I've always wanted one of these trucks. It will keep me young learning what I need to know to restore this truck.

no, someone did a jackleg job of the cab blocks. I have one original door post that i can replicate. The top was not done well so I need to redo it.
