Re: Crank hole cover rivet

Re: cam lube
Does it really matter? In some ways, probably not. Think about this ....how many revolutions does the camshaft make during the entire assembly process, going thru the valve lash adjustment process,...

Re: leg room 30 roadster
Can you post a few pictures? The 26" measurement from the floorboard is about right, but when I see the 4" measurement from the top of cushion to the bottom of the steering wheel, that tells me the...

Re: Auction results in Varina Va.
Gene, I thought the same thing for years until I drove one. You need to drive one too. My late wife and I thought we wanted one also. After that, we changed our minds. :D

Re: Snyder's New Catalog Came...and a Warning!
From my perspective as a professional in the hobby, I can tell you that nothing is further from the truth as far as this hobby dying.
I have been involved in the hobby for about 64 years as a...

Re: Front bumper differences
'AR' term was never used on bumpers.
The open end bar is A-17757 which was basically a superseded Model-T part number. This is what is commonly referred to as the open end bumper.
Then...

Re: Front bumper differences
Hypothetically no difference between what was used on a Pickup vs. a passenger car, -however to muddy up the water, the 1930 front bumper was about 63" long until August of that year when it was...

Re: Opinion Re Differential Gear Ratio
Bob, I think with the right camshaft and engine package, a 3.27 will be just fine. I have installed both 3.54 and 3.27 gear sets in customer's vehicles. The biggest thing I think that dictates...
