34/9 =3.78 ratio 37/9 =4.11 ratio. Both ring and pinion should however be replaced as a set not mixed.

I use a small flat blade screwdriver and work my way around it prying it a little at a time. Might be good to soak in solvent for a while first if it doesn't want to come out.

I put the Snyders kit on my coupe, set them to the softest setting, no regrets. Car handles so much better in my opinion not all over the road in the dips, bumps and corners.

Bend the rotor to get the correct gap at the terminal that has the widest gap then file the other three down to get the correct gap.
I don't think I have ever seen one where they were all the same...

Very impressive, great job. I went from ink and linen drawings to autocad during my working days but never made it to solid works before retiring. Technology sure is advancing, now I really feel old.

I have bent the repro two piece type by snapping the pieces together with wax paper between them and bending them both while together. I did make a wood mandrel with the proper curve to bend them...

"X" to power (fuse), "L" to load (Lights), "P" to Indicator light
