Re: 36' Headlight Reflector Size
The glass lens fit out to the edge of the headlight buckets so yes, they will be larger in diameter than the reflectors that fit into the headlight buckets.

Yesterday the lady and I placed American Flags on the graves of those departed and inturned at Fort Snelling National Cemetary.
A very humbling experience. We placed Flags in Section F. Not sure...

Re: Seat Cover for 1935 Ford Pickup
Another option.
Check with upolstery shops in your city. The little ones. You will be surprised what they have stored away.
It worked for me.

Re: 51 wagon rear signal lights
Yes, to have turn signals on your woodie, you need the second (passenger side) tail light assembly.

Re: Off topic. Remember TV show Columbo?
Alan,
You missed your opportunity back in 1984. Universal Studios offered the Columbo car for sale back then according to the story.
You can read all about it in the June 2024 issue of Hemmings...

Re: 51 wagon rear signal lights
Not looking at the station wagon tail light brackets, the tail light housings, lens, and lens stainless rings are 1935-1936 Ford tail lights.
Do a Google search on 1949 Ford Station Wagon tail...

You certainly do not want to use an era type hitch. I have two rear 1949-51 Ford Station wagon rear bumpers with nice looking bolts through the center section of the rear bumper that held the style...

Re: 1949 Ford F1 oil cap
The pictures show the correct style cap.
It slides down the filler tube as the filler tube has a bump that the notch fits over. I have never seen a screw on one -- that is current production style...

Re: 1936 ford pick up floor mat
Try contacting Third Gen Automotive.
They show a pickup floor mat without any holes, so you will have to do some cutting.
But, you are correct, floor mats for the 1935-1936 pickup are very rare. ...
