Shouldn't but it has been and the filters I have all have two gaskets one obviously is not the correct one the other would not seal.

The two blade should be good to go that's what I run and had/have no issues except the overheating inside the car... so the driving was limited to early AM home usually before it got too hot but...

YES there are spokes in the wheels behind the hubcaps.
