Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? Does it run?
Were you standing on your head when you took the pictures? |
Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? It's an Australian spec model.
Very rare here in the states.:D I do think I want to shop in Mike's neighborhood, though. He has great stuff! |
Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? DadGum, just on the photos I'd pay $X000 or 000X$

Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? yes it runs and yes I always take photos while doing a one handed hand stand. :)
Aussie mate, very cool. How can you tell? VT - I don't know what your post means. Maybe too much blood to the head, would you elaborate? |
Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? VT, just got it. I am slow.

Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? That's why you work in code and I work in hardware. Ooops sorry!

Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? But together we make the world go round.....and keep the Superbowl's lights on.

Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? Just figured out the Aussie joke as well....
|
Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? I found an aussie model in the trees once...
|
Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? From here it does not look like an Aussie ute, but looks like a USA pick up.
And it is LHD. Manuel in Oz |
Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? It may be worth more than average as the bed is not rusted out and covered with plywood (which some like to pretend is the way Ford built them for use east of the Mississippi). The condition of the doors and rear fenders are the the remaining question marks. Overall, it looks to be a nice late production closed cab pickup.

Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? Always tough, especially with pics/descriptions that don't show much detail, but this previous discussion may give you some guidance: https://fordbarn.com/forum/showthread.php?t=90133

Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? depends on the area and buyer. 5k-12k?

Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? Hey mike,
If you are taking those with an I-Phone I learned that it somehow marks which side is up and most sites will post them that way no matter if you flip them with something else. For an I-phone you need to shoot the photo with the volume buttons on the bottom. Nice truck, looks like the same wiring as my tudor. |
Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? I would say that prices are upside down on this model.
|
Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? Son of a gun! I just downloaded the pix to rotate them to see what it looked like. When I opened the downloads, they were correct! I was thinking, "There's a lot to learn about these computer things," but then again....

Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? Take care of that air cleaner in the bed...that's one of the harder bits to find for a B!
One thing that any '32 person will appreciate is how complete it is. Everything needs work, but looks like it's all there but the ammeter! Piecing together a '32 has become difficult and scary expensive. |
Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? I would just polish up the dull spots and drive the beans out of it.
|
Re: Another Barn find...1932 Pickup, what's it worth? Not pretty , but I wouldn't kick it out of the garage for dripping oil......:D
