Interior Kits

I have seen a few catalogs that offer interior kits for my model t, however, I have read mixed reviews on the forums as to who makes the best kit. Does anybody have experience with these kits? The good, Bad, and what to stay away from.

Thanks

classtique upholstery in Minnesota is the best. I have used both MAC'S and Classtique; and Elizabeth's Workmanship and follow up service is the best.

I'll chime in and say Classtique is hands down better than "Cartouche" any day of the week.

I have a Classtique top and interior on my T. Fairly simple to install, and the instructions are good, although when putting the top on a friends car, all of the instructions weren't there. Thank goodness I still had the directions from when I put mine on.

You will not be disappointed if you go with Elizabeth....

Re: Interior Kits

Buying an upholstery kit is different from buying say a mechanical part because one parts house is cheaper than another and that same part may be coming from the same manufacturer anyway. You get what you pay for with upholstery. One of my '23 Tourings had quite serviceable upholstery but had a hard or plactic like feel. The other had a far superior/ supple, I hesitate to say luxurious feel to it. While I can't prove it I believe the better one was Classtique.
