Test Driving the Huckster
 

Okay, I have posted on here from time to time... I spent the last year with a buddy building this Huckster from scratch... there are things still to be done, glass, fenders etc... but over all she does run well and I was able to drive up to the Fire station where I volunteer last night so I thought I might just post a few pictures to share.

That is a very nicely done huckster and great to drive in the cool/warm weather I bet.

Thanks guys, if you got close up you might change your mind on those comments... but thanks none the less. I have enjoyed learning how to build the body and do the mechanical. There will be many more built in my future (I'd say I have 50 more years of building to go). I'm also getting some of the guys from the station interested in setting this up as a Fire Truck with some leather strap on holders for ladders and axes etc... Should be fun!
