Re: Dad\'s Roadster Nice car but I don't think it's a Ford. Cowl area where tank would be looks wrong, radiator shell and headlights look wrong. Still a nice car.

Re: Dad\'s Roadster are you on the same page as the rest of us ? the car is a 1932 ford roadster, NOT A MODEL A. nick.

Re: Dad\'s Roadster So that's Prof. Old's Pops. What a beautiful car. I need one just like it. No wonder he has the knowledge he has if he grew up with this stuff around.

Re: Dad\'s Roadster Awesome 32 history pictures. No matter how you try we cant seem to capture the authentic feel of a real war time hot rod picture feel. A time long gone but not forgotten. Way cool saving these memories.

My dad (behind the wheel) with his siblings. It was a 1929 Roadster with a lot of modifications. He had this car all through college. The best stories are when he used it to transport my Mom (after they were got married) from Cleveland to Grove City, OH. He always wanted another roadster, but had to settle on a Tudor (which he thought was a better car for touring and taking friends on rides - but he always wanted another roadster.) He passed away Labor Day 2010 - and he never got the Roadster - but he passed his love of the Model A to me and I to my daughter. :D |

Re: Dad\'s Roadster They'll be archaic jpgs of my kids riding in our '97 Saturn while texting and playing Nintendo DS.
Remember the old texting thing, back before brain implants wired everyone together via satellite? That was back before dilithium crystals replaced gasoline. |
