29 degrees. Started up on the third revolution. Can't wait for temps below zero.

80 degrees in Indiana, started on first crank, to much salt used in this state to be excited about 0 degrees, but today is perfect day for driving, to see fall colors! This nice weather is costing me money in gas and oil changes.

I REALLY hate to see winter coming. We had snow last week in the NC high mountains.

I find winter highly over-rated.

winter sucks. but I love fall & particularly the "Indian Summer" 80 degrees Indiana is having. Had a zillion things to do today, but did manage to find time to clean up the "A" for cruising, tomorrow, to the Payne Ohio "Fall Festival".

I love central California winters. Not that much rain, no snow. Only too cold to work for a few weeks. I know a lot of you guys from the colder areas would just laugh and say it was too hot when it is only 38 or so during the day...but I guess we get used to where we live. Anyway, comon winter (for me) I can't wait for the 50 degree days when you can work and not sweat.

I was just in Colorado Springs two weeks ago. It was in the high 80's to low 90's. Even went down to Pueblo for the chile pepper fest. It was mid 90's. Took the cog train up to Pikes Peak. Hardly any snow and it was in the 40's.

I was really impressed with the rust free cars that I would occasionly see.

Hate to disagree here, but being a snowmobiler, I can't wait for it to come. I love to ride out here in the country, got in over 200 miles last winter and it's beginning to look like we might be in for a lot more snow this winter.

I will also take Miss Tillie (my '30 coupe) out when the roads are clear. The Dune Buggy however will be put away for the winter. Going for a color tour tomorrow with other Dune Buggiers.

About late March I will say, "I can't wait for Spring".

In REAL cold weather, Dudley said he would remove the "Toe board" to let heat in. I'm sure you would need side pans for this to work.
Signing off, as the dog says it's bedtime!

On the way down to temperate climes, "Tail Tuckers" frequently raise their tails to yellow-up those glitzy white-wall tires.

Chief always said, "We are all children in old skins, why else would we spend $$$$$$$$$$, just to get folks to LOOK at us?"
