40 coupe spar tire

i have a 40 coupe the spare is mounted on the left side all the coups i see the spare is mounted on the right side

Richard, the business coupe bracing will allow the spare bracket to be mounted on either side. However, the factory was supposed to mount it on the right.
If you look closely at the attached photograph, you can see the holes in the left brace.
