34 3w

I have been working on a friends model A for a bit, took it for a test drive today , seems all good, but had to shift the 34 out to get the A out, so rather than just drive it back in the shed I took it for a drive , I forgot how nice it is to drive, had two very young girls in the neighbour hood tell me ,what a cool car.
So even young kids appreciate a great car.

I really enjoy having young people ask about my old Ford when I’m out in it…..I’m happy that they’re interested…….Mark

I was putting around the neighborhood when a group of 8-10 year old boys on electric dirtbike styled bicycles stopped and stared at my 34 as I came up to a stop. They told me it was a cool car and I told them thank you and that their motor-bicycles were pretty cool too. There is hope, but you have to make an impression on them when they are young. Can't do that with a car sitting in the garage or inside a trailer on the way to a stagnant showing. More miles equals more smiles for you and everyone else.

I don't know which I like better, driving my not so pretty old pickup or the reactions from people, and especially kids. It is not just young boys but girls too. Maybe we should be figuring a way to get the young girls interested in our presumably "male club" to get some real enthusiasm injected. If we get the girls interested the boys are sure to follow! LOL
