If I were that wealthy, I'd like to believe I'd do something much better with an extra $15m. Like maybe build water wells in impoverished countries. Heck, there are numerous better things to do than put a rare comic book in a vault just to say "I own that".

I think that may be a composite, a 37 with the wrong wind screen and headlamps.
