Do You grease a Nu Day Timer??? Do You Grease the inside of a Nu Day Timer? If so, What do You use and How much?
Thanks Ford Barn! |
Re: Do You grease a Nu Day Timer??? Is it a New Nu Day Timer??? I'd leave it alone. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Re: Do You grease a Nu Day Timer??? The New-Day timer is a "dry timer." Use a small amount of powdered graphite and smear it on the timer. It will provide lubrication and the timer will not wear out prematurely. The graphite does not interfere with the ground. I have lubricated the New-Day timers on my cars for years. I hope this helps, Russ Furstnow
