Re: Bratton's Clearance Thanks for this link.

Re: Bratton's Clearance I personally do not care for Fed Ex, they have screwed so much stuff up that I ordered I avoid them at all cost:p In my opinion they are complete morons. They are 'contract workers' that way Fed Ex can work them cheap with no benefits so the people actually don't give a sh++.
UPS is Teamsters, union guys, they get good pay and benefits and it shows in their work, I have never had a single issue with them they are really good. |

Re: Bratton's Clearance I have just received an offer from a Forum member to forward any items I want to me using him as an intermediary.
This forum just keeps on giving. |
Re: Bratton's Clearance I put three things in my cart and the shipping was 3X's the parts price.
Didn't order. |

Were you ordering lock washers or Mitchell overdrives? Details make a difference. |

Re: Bratton's Clearance As a non related business owner, the cost for preparing products to ship combined with the actual shipping costs are terrible. Sometimes we all forget that someone has to be paid to process, pick, and pack the order. It takes time, and time costs a lot of money these days. We all need to plan our needs better or maybe shop with a club mate to split shipping costs.

Re: Bratton's Clearance cleaning out the shelves makes total sense today.
on time ordering keeps cash in the vendors pocket so they can live to see another day. I am watching the new owners of Coker tires and I think the profits arent what they expected. Coker rarely ran sales. |
Re: Bratton's Clearance I drove up to Brattons a week ago with a friend, nice drive and we always have a nice visit. I even brought someone there order back that lived close by, saved them shipping.
It's funny both Debbie and Jeff will say " let me get you a pallet" then it's here look at this stuff. Well.....we managed to fill my truck up with good stuff, parts from the Dave Fraiser auction was some of it. Coming home we thought, we need to go back and get stuff we should have bought. 80% of the items I'll be bringing to Hershey.....remember my $10.00 wiring harnesses I got from a auction last year, I have something better to bring this year. Go visit Brattons and carry some folding money with you. Wick |
Re: Bratton's Clearance Dang. I just checked FedEx's rates to have some Model A parts sent to me here in the US from both Iran and Afghanistan, and both locations were marked 'Not Served'?? :p:p
Guess I have to go there with cash and pick them up.... |

Re: Bratton's Clearance I have always had good luck with FedEx. I haven't shipped with them recently, but the shipping was very good when I did and the larger items were delivered in perfect condition, unlike the USPS on a few occasions.
