1957 Ford 332 short block 2 Attachment(s)
I have a 1957 Ford 332 FE short block, as best that I can tell. It has been setting in my brothers garage for years now. Is there any interest in this part? I am trying to downsize and this is one of the items that needs to go. I know some people would just go with a 390 or larger, but this would be correct.
I was able to turn the crank 10 or more years ago but do not know if it will still turn. It will need to be rebuilt for sure. I also have a previously rebuilt Ford 390 with .040 cylinders, .010 Mains, .010 Rods that has about 10,000 miles on it. It was rebuilt by a Ford Authorized Rebuilder in Boston, Cote Motor Co. I have another engine, a 390 GT engine. I do not know much about it. I think the GT engine had the same or similar cam, Heads, and exhaust Manifolds as the 428 Cobra Jets had? I also have a used Cobra jet cam, and a 390 GT crank, the crank is rusty from poor storage but probably could be turned. Perry W. Stump North Central Ohio PH: 419-562-6233 Email: [email protected] |
