1935 pickup fender bracket

Anybody have pic of where the small front fender bracket mounts to under the fender? I know the one end goes to square hole on lip of fender but looks like some holes may have been filled in for the other end. Looks like it could be mounted in two different places. Looks like one could use same bolt as inside splash apron.
