Short story long, the other day, I received this envelope (Picture 1) from him via USPS. When I opened it, this cardboard piece was inside the envelope taped up (Picture 2). When I open it (and the envelope) there was NOTHING in it?? I don't know who he is OR where he got my name OR what he would have been sending me....I haven't ordered anything from him or have anything outstanding from Epay....AND I have not spoken to him, by his name, anyway, here on Fordbarn BUT maybe by his "screen name" here on the fordbarn???

The king would have said "return to sender"

Things are different today …
Never answer the door unless you are expecting someone.
Never open a package or a letter unless you know the sender.

If you know his Fordbarn handle you could send him a pm & ask him about it?

I'm not sure IF he is on here, much less his "handle", hence my post!!!

Re: ANY of you guys here know this fellow

Before you opened it, you could have done like Elvis's girl friend, "she wrote upon it, return to sender, address unknown, no such number, no such zone"

You have a girlfriend out there? Perhaps your 'baby' wrote you a letter. (The Boxtops about 1966 or so)

Re: ANY of you guys here know this fellow

Let's see IF I can make it short. I had "originally" opened it very carefully by the original sticky flap. So, after I received it the first time, opened it and removed what was in it, the sticky flap of the envelope closed back over where I opened it the first time.....My wife found it sitting on the counter and didn't see where it had been opened the first time and felt the card board still in it and told me I got something in the mail!!!! It was SO cleverly concealed where it had been opened the first time, I didn't even see where it had been opened SO I cut it open again not remembering it and....here we are!!! My mistake. SO I went back through my ebay purchases around that date it shipped and found it.

It’s tough getting old …
Sometimes I forget where I parked
my truck & trailer when I go shopping
at Costco or big box parking lots on
the road …

As you can see, after I cut it open the first time, the flap cleverly concealed the first cut. SO my wife felt and saw that it hadn't been opened and when I got it, I assumed the same thing, so I opened it a 2nd time!!!! Lol...sort a funny now.

I have an excellent memory. I just don't always get to choose what it is I remember.
