tail shaft bushing removal tool

Can anyone recommend a specific brand/model of puller to remove the tail shaft bushing from a 52 customline 3 speed manual? Mine is pretty warn. I'm not interested in removing the tail shaft at this point. I've had tools to remove these bushings from other transmissions, but they don't fit my customline.

Thanks for any input!

on my 50 cpe i just removed the d shaft and used a slide hammer with a about 3/8 shaft with a hook on the end just kept working in a circle and it came right out. then i took a 1/2 inch drive socket that was the same diameter of the bushing and drove it right back in good luck hope this helps

Here is a video I found. You might be able to borrow one for free from the auto parts store. I have one that is a factory tool for removing rear bushings, it works similar to this one. Make sure you line up the oil passage when you put the new bushing in, so pay attention to the old one as it's coming out. I replaced lots of these seals at work. The tool only works if it's the right size, we had some output shafts at work that were too big for the tool we had.
