Transmission case identity

I have read a couple old references to the 99-7006-H transmission case. It seems no one has ever determined much about it other than there were not many. MacVP had mentioned that he had seen some .It seems the only year was 1939. I have one 18-4707XXX and was wondering if there was any more info on this case and if there were any differences from the usual 78-7006.

18-3006 is early trans case, 48-7006 is 34/35/36, 78-7006 is 37 up to early pick up trucks, these are all top load cases. 99- any number is 39 mercury
