1938 Odometer Decals

Are odometer decals available for 1938 odometer and trip odometers? The unit is not Waltham (I guess SW?). The speedometer works fine, but odometer numbers are pretty grungy...
I've see decals up to 1930 or so but nothing later.
Any DIY tutorials out there for this project? I couldn't locate any...
