Exhaust System stock 41 Ford Flathead Easy question and I think it just requires the body to be jacked up but asking to be sure as I do not have a lift at the house.
The One pipe that goes from the engine to the muffler is the only pipe I’m concerned with getting into the car. This is the pipe that has a T welded in to accept the crossover pipe. Can it be done on the garage floor with just the body jacked up? Thks in advance. |

Re: Exhaust System stock 41 Ford Flathead I just installed the "Y" or header pipe on a '37 last night. I had the car on a two post lift. It was not difficult but I had a friend help me.

Re: Exhaust System stock 41 Ford Flathead It might help to remove the rubber suspension bumper on the passenger side, to give a little more access.
