More on Luggage racks 2 Attachment(s)
I am been following, with eager interest, the current opinions and stances on 35/36 Ford luggage racks, which are currently in a thread not too far down this page.
I will continue on the path of installing my recently repainted luggage rack on my 36 3W, once the car is ready and I can find the elusive Ford logo for the rack. Now for the next luggage rack situation. I have owned the rack in the images attached for so long, frankly, I do not remember where i bought it, nor do I remember the person who sold it to me. It's simply been part of the "stash"! I'm thinking 1937, as I do own a Cabriolet. Thoughts? Thx. |
Re: More on Luggage racks Not Ford, '37 or otherwise.

Re: More on Luggage racks Before I bought the 35-36 rack I have, I did extensive research on the Web and the 1935-36 Ford Book..
Looking at the attach pix that Ron attached, the quality of the brackets tells me that the rack in question is for a expensive high end vehicle. |
Re: More on Luggage racks Might be a good one to post on the AACA forum

Re: More on Luggage racks Thanks for your usual good thoughts, experts. Too much stuff, not enough years, dang it. Ron

Re: More on Luggage racks There is a 1932 Buick for sale on the AACA site which looks to have that rack or very similar.
