Unity fog light missing housing

I got a new bulb and i may have thrown out the housing. Still looking but unsuccessfully. Will add a pic or two. Hoping someone has one. I dont need the bulb, just the little housing and funky clips that hold in the bulb. Bought from joes antique auto parts in mass. I found out it is made by Unity. Any help will be much appreciated. I have the “Ford” cap and screw… but that is it. Thank you, CP
