Front Fender Braces

Can someone tell me Whats the differnce between 28-29 and 30-31 front fender braces? Iam trying to put together a Rusty 29 CCPU on a 30-31 frame and the front fender braces (which I thought were 28-29) seem to be to tall and the flat part of the fender that rest on the frame leaves the fender about 3-4 inches above the frame.

the 28-29 and 30-31 have a completely different profile, and will not interchange. you need to find some 28-29`s also when using a 30-31 frame on a 28-29, the front cross member is different and you need to shim the radiator mounting up.
