Bolts for 1928 Open Cab Mirror Style G

What were the correct bolts, lock washers and nuts to attach the mirror to the windshield on a 1928 Open Cab? This would be Mirror "Style G" in the Standards.

Dosen't really say in the Parts Price Lists.
