will a 400 19 tube work in a 475 tire

Insert the tube in a loose tire, gently inflate it and see how it fills the tire, if'n it adequately fills the tire w/out being overinflated you should be good to go.

Is that a motorcycle tube?

Some fellows se heavy duty motorcycle tubes that size so I think it will work fine.
