'48 headlight crossover wire
 

When installing the headlight crossover wires, does the bullet connectors that go to the headlights and park lights connect on the grill side of the core support or do they go on the wheel side where they would exposed to road dirt??

When I removed the original wire from mine it was on the grill side. Then the wires route through rubber grommets to the lights. I hope you find this helpful.
