Thanks but I had the link. Did you try it? It still won't open (at least for me!)

He's in CA may be problems due to fires!!

I don't know where he is in California, but in my area (a couple miles from the fires), one major provider (mine) is still up. Another major provider is down throughout the area. He very well might be having an outage.
