Originals have casting marks for mold position. As this "G 22".

FM ..... I've never seen an original that didn't have alpha numeric cast in the front side
Repos do not. Repos are prone to leak

The drain T at the bottom of the repro side bowl filters are cheaply made . The T part that you turn to drain is thin and fails easily. I had to fill the T part with solder to strengthen the one that I used untill I found an original .
