The Green Book list them (at least some of them), the ones for the back of the master cylinder are 2151 (.61 ID/.81 OD) & 2152 (.51 ID/.81 OD) for example.

The fitting is called a banjo fitting. I bought an assortment pack of copper washers at OReilley's Auto Pts.a few weeks ago.

I know Harbor Freight has a kit of copper washers that would probably have the size. https://www.harborfreight.com/80-pie...ent-67526.html

I've bought banjo washers at NAPA. Only use them once and like other gaskets, they squeeze flat removing their utility.
