Early Ford Suppliers?

I know about Bratton's and Snyder's for the Model A. Is there a similar large supplier of parts for the early V8's? I'm starting a '36 Tudor restoration soon.

Check the Early Ford V-8 club website; www.earlyfordv8.org. Many vendors are listed there. Also join the Early Ford V-8 club. The V-8 Times magazine has many vendors who advertise in the magazine. If you are restoring a '36 Ford you might also want to buy the Early Ford V-8 Club's '35-36 book. Lots of advantages to being an Early Ford V-8 club member.

Your best bet is to find NOS or used parts that are in good shape. Reproduction parts are all Chinese junk. There are many folks here like Michael Driskell at Thrid Gen Automotive that sell original Ford parts. Also, do not underestimate the "Wanted" section of the swap meet page here. Keep your Ford all Ford if possible.
