I know this is a ford forum but I cant seem to find the info.i have some nors king pin sets and my 41 linc conv. needs king pins.i have no way to look up the numbers on the boxes.could some one tell me the king pin size on a 41 Lincoln so at least ican see if I might have the correct one?i don't want it torn down and have to wait to get some if I don't have the right ones.they want 350.00 -400.00 bucks for a linc. set.thanks in advance.

My 1935-48 MOTOR'S AUTO REPAIR MANUAL shows on page 503 that the king pin dia. for ALL 1941 Lincoln models is .937 in.
Caster Angle is +3 to 5 degrees
Camber Setting is +1/4 to 3/4 degrees
Toe in is 1/16 in.
Toe-out on Turns is 23 degrees
Kingpin Inclination is 3 3/4 to 4 3/4 degrees
Kingpin Dia. .937 in.

gee.....I have that manual.duh.didnt know motors listed that so didn't even look.thanks for the reply.

This is more of a FoMoCo forum than just Ford. There are plenty of Lincoln and Mercury discussions on here including V12 and 337 V8 engnies. Lincolns had the 15/16 pins for a long time. The Mercury cars ended up with them too starting in 1949. Ford mostly kept with the 7/8" pins.
