Carpet for 1936 Fordor

Hi All,

I know that the 1936 was delivered with a rubber floor in the front.
Nevertheless, real carpet looks nicer.

Andy idea where I can buy a carpet front floor mat,
or where I can find a dimensioned pattern (for download) ?

Looked them up in Drake and Mac but couldn't find....

Happy Sunday.

Hope people see this. I am bumping this thread. Been searching for weeks to source one. Anyone have a good resource??
Can I buy the eBay or Newark Auto one and use the rubber mat to cut the holes??
Love your input.

You will have to go to a custom auto upholstery shop and have them order the material and sew it together. I just had this done for the rear carpet in my '37 Ford Tudor. The carpet is a brown German weave type material.

Seth, could you please come up with the Brand Name of the Carpet you resourced ?

I ordered the carpet for the rear of my 35 Convertible Sedan from Veteran Company Gladys Ave, Los Angeles, California. Google them for a phone number. It's 100% wool
and equatable to German weave material. Their price was the most reasonable of three
places I called. I'm extremely pleased with the product and end result.

I'll see if I can find my invoice back. The upholstery shop had many samples to choose from. I'll look for it.

Update: I provided the links below. I went with the Relicate brand. I am very satisfied with it.

I'm really happy with it. The photo is of the carpet installed. I have since restored the running boards. This car is a daily driver. The front seats were reupholstered using a synthetic mohair material.

Now if I could find a reasonably priced mohair or synthetic mohair material, I'd be thrilled.
