My engine, has been rebuilt good compression,I easily fowl the plugs,Am I not using the spark control like I should? Or is there a better plug that will be hotter?

????? Don't know, hard to say. Not much info.

How are using the spark ? Should be up for starting, pull down once running. Usually 1/2 to 2/3 down is fine. Depending on whether its timed right.

The plugs I've found to work well are Autolite 3077.

How far open are you running the GAV, should be about 1/4 open after
engine is warm.

Maybe you are running the GAV open too far? Are you running long enough to heat the engine up good?

I use original, reconditioned 3Xs. They look great and have not caused any problems.
