Check out the thread on the HAMB on European deuce, both the 2 & 4 door sedans had suicide doors.

In summation, 1932 (Dagingham Made) 2 Door & 4 Door sedans, 1932 3 window coupes, 1933 & 34's.

Add the '33-'34 Dagenham-made Model 14s ('32 Tudor and Fordor saloons [known as sedans on this side of the Atlantic] in mild disguise) and the '32 and up Model Y saloons.

I had thought the answer was 32,33,34 3 window coupes.

In coupes, it's 32 3w only and in 33-34 it is both 3w and 5w.

I was thrown off somewhat, thinking that by "2-door Fords" you were referring to "Tudor Fords" and now noticing the thread title which contains "on the front" would seem to eliminate anything but the Fordors!! :D :D
