I found this at a local estate sale and was wondering if any one has any idea what it really is. The base appears to be a Stromberg. The top does have the word scott in raised letters. Thanks

Saw a 3x2 flathead intake with three of these at Portland swap meet a few years ago. Had a big price on it.
