Started The `35 For The First Time This Year

I know its no big deal but I love hearing a flathead coming to life for the first time in months, especially with dual Smithy's. They burp, belch, fart, splutter and then like magic in a few seconds they smooth out into a drone....

There is no other engine that sounds like a Ford flathead V-8.

I have dual smitty's and I wish I could hear them "splutter". It's been a long time (five weeks) since I heard mine do anything. The only sounds coming from my garage are weeping and the gnashing of teeth. Happy for you man.

So you are saying that listening to a flathead is a religious experience....all I can say is Amen brother.
