Would like to know if it is a Model T and maybe what years it was used. A steering wheel with a hard rubber ?was included, I am unsure if it belongs or not. Thanks

Yes, those years are correct. The steering wheel material is called "Fordite".

Re: Help IDing steering column

It is no earlier than 1918. 1917 was the last year for the horn button drilled into the column. 1918 Model T's used the combination light switch / horn button that did not require drilling any holes in the steering column.
