appear to be for a model T speedster-would like to know more........... http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NzUzWDE2MD...Ul24O/$_57.JPG |
Re: Model T spinners? They must be rare! Maybe they are even earlier than the T.
|
Re: Model T spinners? I've seen some like that before, they were home made and not older than the past 10 years. Are those rusty or is that fauxtina?
|
Re: Model T spinners? These seem a bit pointless on a T. Are they one piece or has something been welded or brazed onto the standard T hub?
|
Re: Model T spinners? Post a picture of the back

Re: Model T spinners? These are accessory hubcaps made for the 1926-1927 Model T wire wheels. They were/are being made by a guy here in Michigan and were/are being sold by the vendors such as Langs. I believe they are cast bronze or brass. They look great on speedsters.

Re: Model T spinners? But they're all the same. On the right side of the car they'll spin backwards. :D
|
Re: Model T spinners? Steve, just looking at them, I can not tell what is forward or backward.
I like accessories that look different and I am sure I would put them on one of my cars if they were mine. (Maybe a little clean up first) |
Re: Model T spinners? are they cast metal ? What was the finish on them ? Are they for sake ?
