Window adjustment

What is the position of the bottom window channel on the window glass ? How do you adjust the window when installing? Thanks

Sorry for lack of information. It is a 50 Ford 2 door sedan. It is the front drivers side window.

Generally it is positioned so that it is centered between the front and rear channels (doesn't hit either one ) Then the question is which way the arm track faces. The tilt adjustment is done by loosening the regulator mount screws and rotating as needed to get window to go up and down parallel to the front and rear tracks.
