Problem with Joe's Antique Auto Parts

Hey Guy's! It's been awhile since I've been on this site ever since I sold my '37. On the V8 club web-site I saw a slam against Joe's Antique Auto parts and it really P*ssed me off! In the 8 years I was restoring my '37 Joe was a HUGE help! His service IS excellent and he stands behind everything he sells! I remember one time I ordered a piece of exhaust piping from him and a whole year later when I went to install it, it didn't fit. So, I called Joe, explained the problem to him and he let me return the exhaust pipe after a WHOLE year went by. Who else would do that? He always tried to ship same day too so I could get my parts fast so that it didn't hold up my project. All I can say is Joe is #1 in my book. Well, that's all I have to say. I hope everyone is doing well! I am enjoying my 1980 Corvette. A big difference from a Flathead. See'ya! Don

Nothing but good results from Joe's.

Had a problem one time and he exchanged the part no problem.

I saw that post on the Club Web site. Notice the guy has one post--just the slam on Joe's. No other activity there.

Joe is the guy I go to first. Just ordered E-brake cables for my '39 p/u. Best price around, good quality, and fast and reasonable shipping. Haven't seen the post but I find it highly suspect. I recommend Joe's to anyone who asks where to get early Ford parts and will continue to do so.

I've also had good luck with Joe's. I would like to point out, however, that allowing old Ford parts to be returned after a year is probably good business. He has had the use of your money for a year, and the part probably went up 20% in value!

I have used Joe's in the past and found him to be a great help and with comparable pricing. At least you can talk with him and he knows what you will need.

2 years ago I asked barnners for some suggestions as to vendor's on brake parts. I got more " Joe's " Than any other vendor, So guess what ? I ordered the stuff from Joe's, dealt with him personally. Everything was delivered exactly as ordered, all packaged perfectly, and it was shipped quickly. And it all fit properly and has worked perfectly. Isn't that what we are all looking for in a vendor?.....Thank you Joe !

Kind of nice to see some of the guys on the V8 club, jumping that guy about his post and having good things to say about Joe. Should have been handled differently.

Joe's is the place I go first! He is the best hands down. Anyone that has a problem with Joe's must be the problem.

Another thumbs up for Joe. Use Joe's alot for my 36 restoration. Bought a Vintique taillight bezel at least 5 years ago. It didn't fit for sh__. I saw him at a meet and he gave my money back. Straight up and honest. I told Joe to please not send me Vintique. It's been years and he still remembers.
