My new 1930 Model A 2 Attachment(s)
Hey everyone. I just thought I would share my new 1930 Roadster with you as I plan on getting a lot of use out of the forums very shortly. The back story is that I found the car in South Bend Indiana and purchased it in non running condition. After getting it back home the Kalamazoo Model A Club President and overall awesome guy came over to my house and pointed out that the car had the incorrect carburetor on it and the spring on the throttle linkage had broken. After a trip up to South Haven Michigan to get the correct parts I was able to get them all installed and the car up and running the same day. I'm looking forward to working on this car.

Re: My new 1930 Model A Hi mn,
Looks like you are far ahead of the game on actual difficult & costly work that has to be done. Also like the lake behind such an outstanding model A. |
Re: My new 1930 Model A Nice looking Roadster and welcome to group. There is a lot of knowledge here so don't be afraid to ask. Paw Paw brings back a lot of memories. I grew up in Decatur.

Re: My new 1930 Model A Great looking car; enjoy. Also consider starting a journal. Doesn't have to be fancy, just a place to jot down tour notes, thoughts, maintenance items, to-do lists and the like.
And take lots of photos. (I presume you've already joined the local club.) |
