Farley's34, please look at my two post about my 34 Cabriolet I am doing now, "yes they are still out there" and Woodgraining under the search location. I sent my complete interior woodgrain parts to Jonathan Myren at Honest Charley Speed Shop. They did an outstanding job, best thing on my car is the interior woodgrain parts. You will like the service and finished product. Contact for Jonathan M. (Felix37) is: [email protected],

Look for a place that does water transfer, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zIBiG_u0_wA, aka hydrographics.

Ask a gunshop as they use the process to apply camouflage.

Julianos Interiors in CT, is the local hydro graphics wood grainer. They do very good work and believe they are the ones that actually do the work for some other wholesalers.

They do great work but I don't believe they offer the original Ford grain patterns that are different for almost every year.

When these cars were new, it was exciting driving! You knew you were in a car! You felt the thrill. Todays modern cars are just a coffee mug holder high in a high speed conveyance.

Re: Woodgraining

Go with Honest Charley's for your woodgraining - I am very glad I did. Completed within estimate, on time, and stunning quality. Jonathan Sullivan did the work on my 1936 Cabriolet, including areas that are challenging - correct wood grain on the chrome waterfall trim and small area on the radio control. Looks just like the V8 Club restoration book and factory radio brochure.

I used Nick Alexander's shop - Jamie Torres. He does beautiful work, has the correct grains for the year, colors, etc. My upper tailgate on the 49 woodie still looks perfect, seven years later. Attention to details, delivered on time too.

Here is another vote for Jamie Torres. I had a shop tour of his workplace last June. His work is excellent!
