58 to 57 F100 Conversion

There is a 58 F100 for sale locally, but I really like the 57 front end better. Can I just swap grilles (and all its related parts)? Or are the front fenders different? Thanks!

Might have to change whole front clip . The hood is basic same shape but different and the fenders I think are different . Dual headlights and single headlights...Dude-")

According to the Hollander interchange manual; 1957 and 1958 front fenders are the same and 1957 thru 1960 hoods.

57/58 hoods have the ribs where 59/60's don't, but they will still fit.
