What is the best steering gear replacement for my 37 pick up?

I am not sure what problem you have with your steering gear. If the steering gear is in good repair and tie rods,drag link, spindle bushing, etc are good you have the late design v8 box (37-48). If all is in proper repair, you should have nice steering.
