Rumble inner curved panel screw location Howdy,
I'm looking to locate the holes on the front edge of the rumble inner curved panel on a 31 as my new floor panels have no holes. I need the location of the four holes that are inbetween the seat stops. Maybe the linear dimension from one side. I could fudge it with some of pics here and though that isn't my way. Thanks__________ this forum is a terrific, Gary |
Re: Rumble inner curved panel screw location Here are a few more pics from a std 30 Roadster. The front curved panel screws are a bit hard to see. These are the only pics I have. Some are taken from below which show the screw nut more clearly and the spacing. This is a Canadian Roadster and the screw holes should be exactly the same as any other Roadster of 1930.

Re: Rumble inner curved panel screw location Thanks;
Marco, I have those pictures. Would like to see the car someday. Nice 1930 coupe and RHD, the combo of your pics especially w/ the ruler and originality will do it! Thanks guys for the effort, Gary |
Re: Rumble inner curved panel screw location Agree. These pictures and measurements are very helpful. This section of my car was pretty much non-existent, so seeing the pictures helps greatly. Thanks.
I think it's interesting that the curved panel is screwed to the rumble seat pan, when pretty much everything else is riveted. Tommy- |
