drum retainers
 

any one know who sells the rear drum retainers that fit the lincoln backing plates when fitted to early ford rear ends. i know speed way sells retainers & vern tredal but these are for ford backing plates.barner 1940 made some but no longer has them

Richard: Here's a photo of the one's I made should you decide to make your own. The round piece is an extra piece of metal where I stamped date and JP.

Mine were made of 1/4" steel and sold for $80 pair.
$40 is a very fair price.
