Very nicely detailed 24 Stud Flathead.
Yes, it will fit a 1934 Ford. You need extra Engine Rubbers at the front where the Water Pumps mount on the Chassis.

Did you take a close look at that ad? If that "speed equipment" is NOS, I'll eat it. Also look at the fifth picture; is that the top of a piston? Sure looks like it to me as it seems like he is trying to show the .020 overbore. Looks like an aggregation of junk to me.

I did notice the piston and a few other issues. Regardless, thought it was overpriced. Its been advertised for a while. Even if it was top notch its way too rich for my wallet. But one man's junk is another man's treasure. The 59 in the OP looks like it would be a better buy. Depending on the asking price, of course. IMO

Paint is cheap , find out who built it and what machine shop did the work . I personally dont like the hard sell words like rare , n.o.s. , oneof a kind etc .
